Born in 1971 near Paris to a French father and a Spanish mother, it has always been my mother’s artistic talent that has inspired me.
It goes without saying that I never missed a single drawing class at school
After graduating in Spanish, English and Business from La Sorbonne, Paris, my Masters in Teaching French as a Foreign Language led me to a new life in Bath, England. Since 1996, I have had the pleasure of teaching French and Spanish at the University of Bath.
For me, art is a passion, more than a pastime. I started drawing portraits of family members in black and white as birthday presents. Then ,I moved to using strong water colours on large canvas.
Self taught, my style is eclectic, since for the moment I continue to learn experiment and explore colour, form and technique in my art.
Hope you will enjoy some of my work presented on this page and the many more to come on the Open Studio 2007….
